Why Cookie Footprints?

You’re thinking, where did the name cookie footprints come from?  Well, it’s pretty simple.  My oldest daughter was almost 3 and quite fascinated with footprints.  Who left them? Where they were going? How long they had been there?  So we were setting around eating fresh baked cookies, and the girls were using inexpensive paper plates.  When my oldest picked up her cookie and looked down on her plate to see the “grease spot” the cookie left behind.  She said,  “Look, a cookie footprint!”  It was a very sweet moment in our family.  My husband saw that no one had this domain name, so we grabbed it!
